1How can I get a quote?
Simply submit or email us your product details—including size, material, design, logo, and color specifications. If you have artwork, please attach it. We’ll respond within 12 hours. You can also contact us via Whatsapp, where we’re online for over 12 hours daily.
2What type of business are you?
We are a 100% factory-direct supplier located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with over 15 years of manufacturing experience. Our product range includes cards, envelopes, bags, boxes, stickers, notebooks, and more.
3How can I request a sample?
Lead Time: Approximately 5–7 days after artwork approval.
Sample Fee:
Without printing: Free (prior to order placement)
With printing: 100% (refundable after order placement)
After an order with deposit: Free
Shipping: The customer is responsible for sample freight charges.
4What is your delivery time?
Our typical delivery time is 7–15 days, depending on order quantity and seasonal factors.
5What kind of machinery do you use?
We operate advanced equipment in-house, including offset printing machines, glossy/matte lamination machines, die-cutting machines, paper folding machines, hot stamping machines, UV machines, embossing machines, and automatic box-making machines (for various box styles).
6Sample What is your main market?
We serve customers worldwide. While we welcome inquiries from any country, our largest clients are currently based in Europe and the United States.

1What are your payment terms?
We offer a range of terms including EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF, and DDU, depending on your requirements.
2What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via cash, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, and Alipay. For orders under USD 500, full payment is required before production. For orders over USD 500, a 30% deposit is needed to start production, with the remaining 70% due before delivery.

1How do you handle packaging and shipping?
Packaging:
We use standard, sturdy export cartons or custom packaging as per your specifications.
Shipping Options:
Air Freight: Fast but more expensive, ideal for small or urgent orders (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.).
Sea Freight: More cost-effective for large orders, though transit times are longer (CSCL, COSCO, APL, K’LINE, MAERSK, HANJIN, etc.).
2How do you ensure quality control?
Our quality control team supervises production at every stage. We perform a 100% inspection before packaging and conduct random checks afterward. Additionally, you are welcome to arrange for a third-party inspection before shipment if you prefer.
